Dentistry gives me a way to share my knowledge and talents with others, all while building relationships with the people in my community. I love to see people smile, and this is one of the few jobs where I contribute directly to creating more and better smiles!
I understand that achieving a healthy, beautiful smile is a team effort, and seeing the finished results—the healthy, beaming smiles—is professionally and personally fulfilling. I enjoy the blending of art and science it takes to make a beautiful restoration that will last a long time.
Education and Continuing Education
I studied Biology at Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio where I received a Bachelor of Science degree. From there, I went on to earn a Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the Indiana University School of Dentistry.
My goal is to continue to learn and expand my knowledge and clinical skills. I participate in a wide range of dental continuing education through the Greater Lafayette Study Club and the West Central Dental Society to ensure that my patients receive the best care for their needs. I am also an active member of the American Dental Association and the Indiana Dental Association.
Outside the Office
Our office is lucky to have my wife Kristina as one of our dental hygienists and the office manager. Her dedication matches my own when it comes to patient care. We also have two darling daughters, Evelyn and Eleanor, as well as a cat named Olive.
When I’m not at the office, you can find me at home with my family or out in the garage. I enjoy watching TV with my family, spending time in the great outdoors, and auto racing. I used to race autocross but haven't had much time to do it since my daughters were born. I love just about all things to do with cars!
